There's a minor issue with the MOTD test file code in Data/Scripts/UI/StartMenu.lua such that if the file does not exist, an error is generated.

Also, there's duplicate code in there.

I have forked the code and fixed the error in my fork. Once I figure out how to create a merge request on gitlab I'll send it over!
